At Kidstack, we strive to provide the best customer experience and ensure that all orders are processed promptly and accurately. Please review our cancellation and returns policy below:
Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, due to the nature of our order processing system, we have the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellations are generally not accepted once an order is placed.
- Exception: If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact our customer support team immediately at support@kidstack.in or whatsapp us at +919650088433 with your order number.
- Once your order is dispatched or shipped, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
We advise customers to review their cart carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
To maintain product hygiene and safety, we have a limited returns policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
- We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The request for a return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return is approved, you can choose between a replacement, exchange, or refund.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photographic evidence, if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for return shipping if eligible.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- Please ensure that the product you return is unused, and the original tags, contents, manual, box & packaging are intact.
- A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1-2 business days.
Please Note: The reverse shipping option is only available for certain locations. For all the locations, where reverse shipping is not available with Kidstack, you are requested to ship the product on your own with 7 days of receiving it.

Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, or are not in their original condition
- Items that are customized or personalized
Refunds (if applicable)
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Mode of refund can be UPI or bank transfer
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
