We currently ship across India. If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer support before placing an order.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business daysof confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS/Whatsapp confirmation along with tracking details.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • In remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery might take slightly longer.
  • Please note that delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or local regulations.
  • Delivery within Delhi/NCR typically takes 1-2 business days.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is offered on orders above Rs 1000.
  • Express Delivery charges will be on actuals.
  • Orders below the threshold will incur a standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll share a tracking number and courier partner details.
  • You can track your package via the link provided in your confirmation email / SMS.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2 attempts to deliver your order.
  • If you are unavailable, the package may be held at a local hub or returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
